🎯 Position Overview
As a Software Quality Tester II, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.
You’ll design, execute, and maintain test cases, identify defects, and collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop, execute, and maintain test cases
🐞 Identify, document, and track software defects
🤝 Collaborate with developers and stakeholders on requirements and test strategies
🔍 Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing
💡 Participate in code reviews and improve testing practices
📝 Contribute to test plans and QA documentation
🔎 Conduct root cause analysis and support defect resolution
🎓 Required Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
🧪 2–4 years of experience in software testing / QA
🤖 Experience with automated testing tools
🔄 Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing
🧠 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
💻 Basic programming/scripting (e.g. Python, JavaScript)
⚙️ Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks
🔌 Understanding of embedded systems & hardware/software integration
📜 ISTQB certification (or similar) is a plus
🌍 Working Environment
🏢 Primarily office-based with flexible/remote options
🚤 Field testing on boats and in marine environments
⏰ Occasional early starts or extended hours during on-water testing
