About the role
We're looking for a switched-on HTML Email Developer with Marketo experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop responsive, high-performing email templates in HTML/CSS.
Manage and optimise campaigns in Marketo.
Implement A/B testing and performance tracking.
Work closely with the design and marketing teams to enhance email engagement.
Requirements:
Strong HTML/CSS for email development.
Experience with Marketo (setup, automation, testing).
Understanding of email best practices (deliverability, accessibility).
Data-driven mindset with A/B testing experience.
Detail-oriented and proactive.
Bonus: Experience with other ESPs or scripting for dynamic content.
Remote Work Expectations
Work Hours: You'll work remotely and will need to be available during key business hours in the Australian AEST time zone, with flexibility for certain project deadlines required.
Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with the team via tools like Slack, Zoom, and email. Attendance at key virtual meetings will be required.
Self-management: Must be comfortable managing multiple tasks independently and maintaining clear communication with the agency's clients and project stakeholders.
