They are seeking an experienced and people-focused Director of Sales, OEM to lead a high-impact sales organisation across North America.

π What Youβll Be Doing
Lead OEM sales strategy across North America
Coach and develop a high-performing sales team
Drive revenue growth across strategic accounts
Build executive-level customer relationships
Improve sales discipline, forecasting, and account planning
Lead commercial strategy across multiple business verticals
Identify new markets and expansion opportunities
Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term growth initiatives
π₯ Team Scope
Youβll lead a team of 17 people (including yourself) with 4 direct reports.
The business spans multiple sectors, including:
π€ Marine OEM (freshwater & saltwater)
π Power systems/battery solutions
π Recreational vehicles
π Industrial and speciality vehicle applications
This role requires a strong leader who can coach managers, build capability, and drive execution.
π― What Weβre Looking For
You may be a strong fit if you have:
β 8+ years in senior sales leadership
β Experience in OEM / B2B / enterprise sales
β Strong people leadership and coaching capability
β Experience managing complex strategic accounts
β Strong commercial and analytical thinking
β Experience leading organisational change or transformation
Industry background could include:
Marine
Automotive OEM
Industrial equipment
Batteries/power systems
Recreational vehicles
Technical manufacturing
Marine industry experience is helpful but not required.
We are especially interested in candidates from adjacent OEM industries.

Primarily across the US and Canada
Higher initially while building team rhythm and customer relationships
