About the Role
You’ll work closely with our design and product teams to build responsive, high-quality web experiences using React, Next.js, and Builder.io.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop responsive and performant web applications using React and Next.js
Collaborate with designers using Figma to bring interfaces to life
Implement clean, scalable CSS using styled-components (bonus if you know Tailwind CSS)
Integrate and manage dynamic content via Builder.io (this is a must-have)
Ensure smooth deployment via modern cloud platforms such as Vercel
Apply best practices for front-end performance, responsiveness, and accessibility
Maintain code quality through clean structure and reusability
Required Skills & Experience:
2–4 years of front-end development experience
Strong proficiency in React and Next.js
Hands-on experience with Builder.io (mandatory)
Solid skills in CSS, including experience with styled-components
Proven experience collaborating with design tools, especially Figma
Keen attention to detail with a focus on responsive UI/UX
Familiarity with web performance optimisation and best practices
Nice to Have:
Experience with Tailwind CSS
Basic understanding of SEO and accessibility principles
Prior experience integrating headless CMS platforms
Remote Work Expectations
Work Hours: You'll work remotely and will need to be available during key business hours in the Australian AEST time zone, with flexibility for certain project deadlines required.
Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with the team via tools like Slack, Zoom, and email. Attendance at key virtual meetings will be required.
Self-management: Must be comfortable managing multiple tasks independently and maintaining clear communication with the agency's clients and project stakeholders.
