Their platform helps Australians get onto the property ladder faster by providing an alternative pathway to home ownership. The company is expanding and seeking a motivated Account Development Representative (ADR) to join the team.

LinkedIn Thought Leadership: Create and execute content strategies (posts, sponsored content) that position the business as the premier solution for brokers and planners.
Community Engagement: Actively participate in LinkedIn communities, building trust and driving high-level discussions.
Full-Cycle Pipeline Management: Handle direct outreach, run impactful software demos, and secure commitments.
Success Advocacy: Develop and share case studies to maintain engagement and referral loops.

LinkedIn Specialist: Proven experience using LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, Ads, InMail) to drive revenue.
Tech-Forward: Skilled with productivity and AI tools, always looking to work smarter and 10x output. ๐ค
Industry Literate: Familiar with broker and financial planner business models and client interactions.
Growth Mindset: Energised by ambiguity and ownership; love building playbooks and adapting proven strategies.

Base Salary: $100,000 AUD
Commissions: Uncapped (on top of salary), paid within 21 days of successful client onboarding
Volume Bonuses: Additional bonuses at defined performance thresholds
Equity: Meaningful equity participation available for high performers
Location: Fully remote โ work from anywhere in Australia.
