Their platform helps Australians get onto the property ladder faster by providing an alternative pathway to home ownership. The company is expanding and seeking a motivated Account Development Representative (ADR) to join the team.

  • LinkedIn Thought Leadership: Create and execute content strategies (posts, sponsored content) that position the business as the premier solution for brokers and planners.

  • Community Engagement: Actively participate in LinkedIn communities, building trust and driving high-level discussions.

  • Full-Cycle Pipeline Management: Handle direct outreach, run impactful software demos, and secure commitments.

  • Success Advocacy: Develop and share case studies to maintain engagement and referral loops.

  • Precision Communicator: Simplify complex financial and software concepts into compelling narratives. โœ๏ธ

  • LinkedIn Specialist: Proven experience using LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, Ads, InMail) to drive revenue.

  • Industry Literate: Familiar with broker and financial planner business models and client interactions.

  • Growth Mindset: Energised by ambiguity and ownership; love building playbooks and adapting proven strategies.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Package

  • Base Salary: $100,000 AUD

  • Commissions: Uncapped (on top of salary), paid within 21 days of successful client onboarding

  • Volume Bonuses: Additional bonuses at defined performance thresholds

  • Equity: Meaningful equity participation available for high performers

  • Location: Fully remote โ€” work from anywhere in Australia.
