We're looking for an SEO Implementation Specialist who enjoys getting into the technical details, loves solving website issues, and wants to be part of a supportive, high-performing SEO team.

🎯 About the Role

As our SEO Implementation Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping our clients achieve stronger search visibility and outstanding organic performance. You'll work closely with experienced SEO professionals, implementing both technical and on-page SEO strategies across a diverse range of websites.

🛠️ What You'll Be Doing

  • ✍️ Upload blogs and ensure they are properly formatted and SEO-optimised

  • 🔍 Conduct keyword research to identify new content opportunities

  • 🗂️ Perform keyword mapping and support information architecture optimisation

  • 📝 Create content calendars and detailed content briefs

  • 🏷️ Optimise metadata (page titles and meta descriptions)

  • 🔗 Improve on-page SEO including internal linking, headings, FAQs and content structure

  • 🛠️ Resolve technical SEO issues such as:

    • 404 errors

    • Broken links

    • Redirect issues (301s)

    • Crawl errors

  • ⚡ Perform monthly technical SEO audits and improve website performance

  • 📊 Gather SEO data and assist with monthly reporting

  • 🤝 Collaborate with the wider SEO team to deliver client strategies

✅ What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience

  • Strong understanding of technical and on-page SEO best practices

  • Experience using:

    • Google Analytics

    • Google Search Console

    • SEMrush (or similar SEO platforms)

  • Experience troubleshooting common website issues

  • Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS platforms

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a remote environment

You'll work remotely while collaborating closely with our Australian team.

You'll be expected to:

  • ⏰ Be available during Australian business hours (AEST)

  • 💬 Communicate regularly via Slack, Google Meet and email

  • 📅 Attend daily and weekly team meetings

  • 📌 Manage your workload independently while keeping stakeholders informed
