SEO Specialist (Mid-Level)
Full time - Monday to Friday, ideally 7 AM - 3 PM Philippines time
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)
Annual salary (AUD): 5k-9k AUD per annum

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented SEO Implementation Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring our clients’ websites achieve top rankings and deliver exceptional results. This is a great opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team of SEO professionals, handling the technical and creative aspects of SEO implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Uploading blogs and ensuring proper formatting and optimisation.
Fixing technical SEO issues such as 404 errors, broken links, and crawl errors.
Implementing and optimising metadata (titles, descriptions) and on-page elements (internal links, headers, FAQs) across client websites.
Conducting keyword research to identify opportunities for client content.
Keyword mapping against information architecture optimisation
Setting up content calendar and content briefs
Monthly technical checks and improving website performance metrics
Gathering data for monthly reporting meetings
Collaborating with team members to execute broader SEO strategies.
Requirements:
1-3 years of SEO experience or equivalent hands-on skills.
Good understanding of technical SEO principles and best practices.
Familiarity with popular SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEMrush.
Ability to troubleshoot and fix on-site issues (e.g. 404s, 301s).
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit.
Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.

Remote Work Expectations:
Work Hours: You'll work remotely and will need to be available during key business hours in the Australian AEST time zone, with flexibility for certain project deadlines.

Self-management: Must be comfortable managing multiple tasks independently and maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders.
