About the role
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced SEO Manager to take ownership of our SEO campaigns across a diverse range of client accounts and internal initiatives. This is a hands-on role suited to someone proactive, analytical, and passionate about organic growth.
We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join our team and manage search engine optimisation campaigns for both our clients and internal projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies independently
Conduct technical SEO audits and confidently implement necessary fixes
Optimise on-page elements, including website content and meta tags – the ability to write or tweak copy is a plus
Perform detailed keyword research to uncover new growth opportunities
Monitor and analyse SEO performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions
Create detailed content briefs for the copywriting team
Collaborate with content and PPC teams to maximise campaign effectiveness
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
Strong client communication skills; able to manage meetings independently
Deep understanding of modern SEO techniques and practices
Ability to work within CMS platforms and implement SEO recommendations directly
Proficiency with SEO tools like Screaming Frog and SEMrush
Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio reporting
Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-informed decisions

Remote Work Expectations:
Work Hours: You'll work remotely and will need to be available during key business hours in the Australian AEST time zone, with flexibility for certain project deadlines.
Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with the team via tools like Slack, Google Meet, and email. Attendance at key virtual meetings, such as daily/weekly standups, will be required.
Self-management: Must be comfortable managing multiple tasks independently and maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders.
