We are looking for a Repair Technician to join a high-performing technical team, working with advanced marine electronics and helping ensure world-class product performance.

⚙️ What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will:

• 🔍 Analyse and repair electronic equipment (chargers, inverters, converters)

• 🧠 Perform root cause analysis to identify failures

• 🔧 Repair or replace faulty circuit boards

• 🧾 Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, time spent, and actions taken in ERP systems

• 💡 Work with the Mastervolt product range

• 📈 Identify opportunities to improve product quality and share feedback with product development teams

🎯 What we’re looking for

• 🛠️ 3+ years’ experience in a similar technical/electronics role

• 📘 Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics/diagrams

• 🇬🇧 Fluent English (spoken and written)

• 🎓 Electronics degree or MBO (BTEC) / vocational qualification preferred

• 🧩 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• 👀 High attention to detail
