The Role 🎯
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations across multiple Papa Johns restaurant locations in Poland. The ideal candidate will come from a fast‑food or quick‑service restaurant background, with a strong track record in multi‑site operations, cost control, scheduling, inventory management, and performance analysis. This role is focused on executing operational excellence in a fast‑paced environment and ensuring consistent delivery of brand standards.
You will work closely with restaurant leadership teams to monitor key metrics, drive improvements, and ensure smooth, profitable operations day‑to‑day.
Key Responsibilities 🛠️
Oversee daily operational management of multiple Papa John’s restaurants 🏪
Manage staff scheduling and optimise labour costs 📅
Monitor and control operational costs (food cost, labour, waste) 💰
Lead and supervise inventory management and stock control 📦
Analyse performance metrics and KPIs using Excel and operational reports 📊
Ensure compliance with Papa John’s operational standards and procedures ✅
Provide on‑site coaching and leadership to restaurant managers 👨🍳
Participate in final hiring decisions for restaurant leadership roles (approval level) 🧑💼
Regular visits to restaurants across Poland 🚗
Act as the main operational point of contact for the Papa John’s network in Poland 📌
What We’re Looking For 🔍
Strong experience in fast‑food / quick‑service restaurant operations 🍔
Proven ability to manage day‑to‑day restaurant performance
Excellent numerical skills with confidence working in Excel
Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost control
Hands‑on leadership style and excellent execution mindset ✋
Strong communicator and collaborator
Comfortable making operational decisions based on performance data
Willingness to travel regularly within Poland 🚗
Ideal Background 🎓
Previous roles such as Operations Manager, Area Manager, Territory Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar
Experience with fast‑food chains (e.g., McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, KFC, Burger King, Subway) 🍕🍔
5–8+ years of multi‑site operational experience in food service or hospitality
Bachelor’s degree preferred 🎓
