About the Role
We're looking for a B2B marketing automation architect, someone who lives and breathes systems, lead scoring, and smart workflows. You'll design and implement enterprise-level Account-Based Marketing (ABM) systems that supercharge how we generate leads, target accounts, and drive pipeline growth both for RoomStay, our hospitality platform, and our digital agency's enterprise clients.
This is not a follow-the-playbook kind of role. We want your expert perspective on what tools, frameworks, and automation architecture will deliver the best results, whether that's Clay, Apollo, Instantly, 6sense, or something we haven't discovered yet.
What You'll Do
You'll either build from scratch or audit and optimise existing systems, depending on the project.
If you're building from scratch
Design and deploy complete enterprise ABM systems
Create intelligent lead scoring models combining firmographic, technographic, and behavioural data
Develop multi-channel orchestration workflows across email, LinkedIn, and more
Build modular, reusable templates for rapid deployment across clients
If you're optimising existing setups
Audit current systems to identify inefficiencies, data gaps, and missed opportunities
Deliver gap analyses and recommend whether to rebuild or optimise
Streamline integrations, scoring logic, and workflows for performance and scalability
In both cases, you'll own end-to-end automation flows from capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, engagement conversion with clear documentation and team training.

AI awareness, you know when to let automation lead, and when human input still wins
Strong diagnostic mindset, quickly spotting what's broken and how to fix it
Tools you might bring experience with:
Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Outreach, SalesLoft, Make, Zapier, Bombora, G2, Salesforce, Pipedrive or anything better you can justify.

Depending on the project type, you'll deliver some or all of the following:
For new builds:
Fully automated ABM system integrated with CRM
Custom lead scoring and enrichment logic
Reusable, modular workflow templates
Tooling recommendations with cost-benefit analysis
For audits/optimisation:
Comprehensive audit report and optimisation roadmap
Implementation of high-impact fixes
Benchmarking shows performance improvement
For all projects:
Clear documentation, team training, and a best-practice playbook
Success Metrics
We'll measure success by impact, not hours.
Lead quality: 80%+ ICP-fit accuracy
Automation efficiency: 70%+ reduction in manual work
Data coverage: 90%+ enrichment rate
Scalability: Deployable systems for new clients within 2 weeks
