We’re working with an early-stage startup building an AI-powered wearable and a connected software platform that sync together to deliver personalised, real-time experiences.

This is a Founding Engineer role β€” you’ll be one of the first technical hires, working directly with the founder to build the initial product end-to-end and shape the technical foundations of the company.

πŸ”§ What you’ll be doing

  • Build the first version of a wearable-connected software platform

  • Develop an early MVP web/laptop app that configures and syncs with the device

  • Work across frontend, backend, integrations, and infrastructure

  • Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on product ideas

  • Help turn early concepts into a stable, demo-ready product

  • Act with a founder mindset: ownership, prioritisation, and pragmatic decision-making

🧩 What kind of engineer are we looking for

  • Strong full-stack engineer comfortable owning systems end-to-end

  • Experience shipping MVPs or early-stage products

  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and moving fast without a heavy process

  • Independent problem-solver who doesn’t need hand-holding

  • Clear communicator β€” direct, proactive, and practical

🧠 Typical background

  • 3–7+ years of hands-on engineering experience (or equivalent depth)

  • Startup, scale-up, or solo-builder experience is a strong plus
