Our client is a global leader in marine technology and premium recreational products, partnering with some of the most recognised retail organisations in North America.
They are looking for a commercially sharp Director of Sales, Retail to lead strategic retail partnerships and drive revenue growth across major accounts.

π What Youβll Be Doing
Lead retail sales strategy across North America
Own relationships with major retail partners
Develop and execute joint business plans
Drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth
Lead business reviews and strategic planning meetings
Negotiate pricing, promotions, and commercial agreements
Identify whitespace and category expansion opportunities
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Deliver forecasting and performance reporting
π― What Weβre Looking For
You may be a strong fit if you have:
β 8+ years in retail/channel sales leadership
β Experience managing national or enterprise retail accounts
β Strong commercial negotiation skills
β Experience with annual planning and quarterly business reviews
β Strong financial and analytical capability
β Executive stakeholder management experience
Industry background could include:
Marine
Consumer electronics
Sporting goods
Outdoor recreation
Durable consumer products
Big-box retail
Marine experience is helpful but not essential.
