We’re seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic product team focused on building scalable, high-performance solutions for financial services.
As a key member of the development team, you’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to architect, build, and improve systems that power real-time transactions, reporting, and customer interactions across a large-scale platform.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design and build robust backend services
Contribute to architecture discussions and help guide long-term technical direction
Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and reliability
Work closely with front-end and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless user experiences
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team best practices
Collaborate with QA, Product, and other stakeholders in an agile environment
What You Bring
7+ years of professional software development experience
Strong programming skills in one or more of: TypeScript, GoLang, Java, Node.js, Ruby
Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Strong testing mindset, including unit, integration, and performance testing
